Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

Shipping rates and estimates for Europe: Standard Shipping - Expect a delivery time of 6-10 business days.

International shipping rates and estimates: Standard International Shipping - Expect a delivery time of 7-20 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are incurred when a shipment reaches your destination country. fitposture is not responsible for these charges.

How do I check the status of my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fitposture-shop.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@fitposture-shop.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will do our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
